To provide ethically sound and expert guidance, professionals in all areas of practice must keep up to date on the latest research and evidence on how to effectively serve their clients’ needs. A clear professional development strategy allows business coaches and team coaches to be relevant and innovative in providing the best possible expertise to their clients. As a holder of our advanced WABC credentials—CBC, CMBC, ChBC, CTC and CMTC—there are two ongoing requirements to maintain your credential, designed to complement your coaching practice as an opportunity for learning and growth.
Remain a WABC Member in continuously good standing at the minimum required level for your highest credential. WABC sends periodic reminders closer to your renewal date. Membership renewal fees apply.
Submit and pass your WABC Professional Development (PD) Record five years from the date you successfully completed your WABC Accredited® Program or WABC Portfolio Pathway, and every five years after that.
The PD Record provides you a significant professional development milestone to support your learning and growth. WABC sends periodic reminders to help keep you on track. PD Record review fees apply.
