ABOUT REGISTERED CORPORATE COACH (RCC)

Equipped with the Skills for a Professional Offering

Registered Corporate Coach—held by professionals around the world—is a highly respected evidence-based global credential designed for professional business coaches with practitioner-level knowledge and specialized coaching skills.

WABC offers a suite of rigorous, evidence-based credentials for professional business coaches at four levels. Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) is WABC’s first and practitioner-level, held by business coaches all over the world.

Those holding RCC represent a wide array of professional roles – leaders, managers, internal and external business coaches, external consultants – and support clients, co-workers and organizations by applying their practitioner-level specialized skills to a range of agendas that are directly related to business and organizational outcomes. Being an RCC means they can provide a professional offering for powerful impacts!

To earn RCC, holders successfully completed either a WABC Accredited (Level 1 – RCC)® Program or WABC Portfolio Pathway.

ABOUT WABC’S GLOBAL STANDARDS

Achieving the Highest Global Standards

The WABC Business Coaching Competencies is the first-ever, global association-sponsored evidence-based professional competencies that define business coaching as a distinct discipline. This list of competencies covers an impressive breadth and depth of professional practice and is applied (at the appropriate level) to specified WABC Credentials (RCC, CBC, CMBC®, ChBC®) and WABC Accredited® marks for business coach training programs.

The WABC Professional Standards for Business Coaches is the first-ever, global association-sponsored evidence-based professional standards for business coaches. These professional standards describe the practice of business coaches: what we do and don’t do. All WABC Members must adhere to them. These standards also help clients, their sponsors, organizations and anyone interested in our profession understand what to expect from business coaching.

The WABC Code of Business Coaching Ethics and Integrity embodies the highest ethical standards and includes our Principles and our Safe Harbor Conciliation and Adjudication Process. It’s one of the most advanced and comprehensive codes of its kind in the world today, and is one of the key differences that set WABC business coaches apart from other kinds of coaches. All WABC Members must adhere to this Code. This Code also educates the public and helps clients and their sponsors and organizations understand what to expect from their business coaches.
