Those holding CMTC represent a wide array of professional roles – leaders, managers, internal and external business coaches, external consultants – and support clients, co-workers and organizations by applying their specialized skills to support improved team performance, team development and transformation. Accordingly, team coaches at this master-level are expected to work within complex contexts, involving advanced systems thinking, and challenging team dynamics, to support the team’s delivery of strategic business and organizational goals and objectives. Being a CMTC means they are experienced in both business coaching and team coaching to provide a substantial professional offering.
To earn CMTC, holders successfully completed a WABC Accredited (Level 2 – Team Coach)® Program.
